Here at the Northeast Spine & Wellness office however, patients are instead reporting to me that they are feeling well and some individuals are having their best winter ever. The difference between that and people who are coming down with the flu is that the patients in this office receive regular chiropractic care and understand the importance of good health. The key to not becoming under the weather is to maintain your health naturally with regular chiropractic care, taking your vitamin supplementation, getting enough rest and supporting a healthy lifestyle with some form of exercise in order to de-stress your life and maintain good muscle tone. But the key to all this is that proper functioning of the nervous system to allow the body to do what it has to do can only occur when your spine is fully functional and each vertebra is in its proper position. Only chiropractic can restore the normal function to the spine thereby allowing the body to work to its fullest potential and maintain your health.
