Insurance
We accept most major medical insurance as a courtesy to our patients and we will be happy to submit your form. We ask that you pay the portion that is not covered by the policy and/or deductible at the time of service.

Since all insurance companies are different, bring your insurance card or form so that we can qualify your specific coverage. Please remember that health and accident policies are an arrangement between you and the insurance carrier. If your policy does not have provisions for chiropractic care, we do make available payment programs which allow you to bring your family and friends in for care without additional financial burden.
